Once your application is reviewed and you have booked your Sojourn you will need to fill out and return the following information:

Booking Conditions Form
Copy of Your Flight Information
Copy of Issuing Page of Your Passport (This is the photo page.)
Deposit Payment 20% of the full balance is due to Lotus Sojourns within 24 hours of booking.
Final Payment any remaining balance is due to Lotus Sojourns 120 days prior to departure.
