Once your application is reviewed and you have booked your Sojourn you will need to fill out and return the following information:

  • Personal Information Form

  • Booking Conditions Form

  • Copy of Your Flight Information

  • Copy of Issuing Page of Your Passport (This is the photo page.)

Deposit Payment is due to Lotus Sojourns within 24 hours of booking.

Final Payment is due to Lotus Sojourns 120 days prior to travel.
